Lonnie Frazier

Lonnie Frazier has worked in film production in the San Francisco Bay Area for several years and has been fortunate to collaborate with so many exceptional artists. She currently serves as Community Outreach Coordinator for several media organizations. Lonnie’s first independent project is in post-production, and she is collaborating once again with House Twelve Media on this documentary project about the Grown Women Dance Collective.

Tonya Marie amos

Tonya Marie Amos, Artistic Director of Grown Women Dance Collective, received a BA in Cultural Anthropology from U.C. Berkeley & trained four years on full scholarship at Alvin Ailey American Dance Center. A member of Actors Equity Association, she has appeared with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater & Donald Byrd, was a member of Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble, Footprints & Amy Pivar Dances, performed in the International Tour of "West Side Story", the National Tour of "Sesame St. Live", Sacramento Music Circus' "The King & I", and has been featured in numerous print ads & TV commercials. She is the owner of Aspire Pilates Center in Concord for which she was awarded Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce's "100 Women of Influence" in 2010, Women's Initiative's Concord Woman-Owned Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011, Concord's Small Business of the Year 2013, Community Focus' Newspaper's "Best Pilates Studio" in 2015, and Concord's Best Female-Owned Business in 2016. The former author of a monthly Health & Wellness column for the Community Focus newspaper, Tonya is currently putting the finishing touches on her Fall Prevention For Seniors dvd. She is proud to create cross cultural/ cross generational bridges through the arts with Grown Women Dance Collective.

Donald martin, jr.

Donald Martin, Jr. has over 30 years of technology leadership experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries.  He's held positions as CIO, CTO, COO, and product manager at numerous software development and telecommunications companies, working in The United States, Europe, and Asia. 

Donald is currently a Staff Technical Program Manager at Google.  He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver, holds a technology patent, and is authoring a book on project management. As an undergraduate, he co-founded the University of Colorado at Denver's National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) chapter over twenty-five years ago. 

He's proud to have helped break the "glass ceiling" for several underrepresented folks in tech, giving back in the same way that older engineers had done for him. He's excited to produce Grown Women Dance Collective's annual Juneteenth dance concert with his wife, Tonya, bringing arts and history to the community.

Elizabeth kopetka

Elizabeth started her career as a graphic designer for a small but busy firm in the DC metro area, prior to the explosion of web-video. The firm ventured into video production at the request of a major client, and she never looked back. After moving to Rochester in 2011, Elizabeth started her own production company focusing on web-based promotional videos. She enjoys taking on creative projects, working with musicians, artists and filmmakers.
